When people think of Tanya Brown and her family, it is often in connection with the 1994 murder of her sister, Nicole Brown Simpson. What most people do not know is that Tanya battled depression for fifteen years and eventually suffered a mental breakdown, moving her to finally seek help in an in-patient and out-patient psychiatric program that saved her life.
A mental health advocate, coach, speaker, author and recent master’s graduate with a degree in psychology, Tanya uses her unique personal experiences and professional education to help others develop effective coping skills to manage life’s chaos.
