Rebecca Smith serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of San Diego County, where she is Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council. She was appointed as a Commissioner with the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture, and she is Chair of the Advocacy and Outreach Committee.
She is a Senior Recruiter with Eastridge Workforce Solutions, where she provides staffing services for human resources professionals on behalf of regional employers in various sectors.
Previously, she was Vice President at the San Diego Workforce Partnership and Career Coach at QUALCOMM, also holding related positions with University of San Diego, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and High Tech High.
Rebecca earned a Master of Education from University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, San Diego.
