Lauren Diehl, Sr. Director of Oracle Global Customer Management, passionately leads a global team empowering the Support Account Management community to enable greater success with Oracle's largest and most strategic customers. She joined Oracle Corporation in 1990, moving from Boston to California and has been a global business leader for 24 years. Over the last 14 years, she's contributed to the growth of Oracle's revenue from strategic Support customers from $2B to $10B. Current responsibilities include globalizing strategic initiatives, M&A, communication, education for our Support Account Management community and innovation of tools and processes for more effective business management. She is focused on growing customer satisfaction and revenue with our largest Support customers thus ensuring our customers drive true business value and maximize the benefits from their Oracle solutions. Her passion is enabling and motivating others within our large global organization, and she's been highly successful in achieving and exceeding goals through an engaging leadership style that breaks down barriers to success and influences the performance of direct and indirect teams.
Lauren has a proven track record in globalizing strategic initiatives and successfully evolving the Global Support Account Management organization through industry and organizational change. She has successfully integrated 90+ acquisitions over the last 14 years into Global Customer Management including Sun, BEA, Siebel & PeopleSoft. She is a recipient of the 2013 YWCA TWIN award, member of Watermark, The Professional Business Women of California (PBWC), and Executive sponsor for our HQ Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL). Previous to her current position at Oracle, she was a Software Specialist at Honeywell Inc. and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
