Alison Kuo Sullivan has been with FICO since 2001. FICO provides analytics software and tools used across multiple industries to manage risk, fight fraud, build more profitable customer relationships, optimize operations and meet strict government regulations. Alison’s experience with FICO includes product strategy, product management and sales for fraud and risk management products in various industry verticals including financial services, retail, government, telecommunications and insurance. She enjoys holding consultative discussions with customers around their fraud and risk problems, emerging customer management trends and solutions and services that would best benefit her customers. Prior to FICO, Alison worked in the healthcare informatics and management consulting industries.
Alison is also an active member in the community. She served with the Junior League of San Diego in various volunteer and leadership positions including President in 2011-12. She spends time volunteering with the La Playa unit of Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, the SD Zoo RITZ committee, mentoring as a college coach for Nativity Prep Academy, and co-leading her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop.
