Now in its 17th year, San Diego Women’s Week is the region’s premier professional development and leadership event for women. Designed to foster professional growth, skill development, and leadership advancement, the events equip attendees with the tools, strategies, and confidence to excel in their careers.

Each year, over 500 women and men come together from across San Diego County and beyond for workforce development, meaningful connections, and the advancement of women leaders. Through impactful keynote speakers and thought-provoking panels, participants expand their networks, strengthen their leadership presence, and gain actionable insights to make a lasting impact in their organizations and communities.
