Beronio began her career with Caesars in 1984 as Associate General Counsel with Harrah’s Casino Hotels, where her responsibilities included handling legal, governmental, and risk management affairs for Harrah’s. In 1994, she was named Vice President and General Manager for Harrah’s Phoenix Ak-Chin, the company’s first Indian gaming property.
In 2003, Beronio accepted the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort. In 2012, Beronio was named Regional President of Harrah’s Rincon and Harrah’s Ak-Chin, assuming executive management responsibility for both properties.

District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis has earned a national reputation as a law enforcement leader and innovator. She is the first woman to serve as District Attorney in San Diego and she has spent her entire career in public service.
Her office has maintained a 94 percent conviction rate while also focusing on crime prevention and victims’ rights. Bonnie’s leadership has helped tighten restrictions on child molesters and sexually-violent predators. Her office is showing the rest of California how it’s done—with a prisoner reform program that stopping the revolving door to prison.

Kathy directs strategic marketing and communications for Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Centers, a multispecialty medical group affiliated with Sharp HealthCare. She is responsible for spearheading brand and patient engagement strategies for the organization. Kathy also directs the patient contact center whose staff members provide positively memorable experiences through more than 2 million patient interactions annually.

Susan Miller is responsible for managing software product releases for all the SPARC platform products as well as for Oracle's Unix-based operating system, Solaris. She leads her cross-divisional teams to coordinate product roadmaps and to release all products on-time with superior quality. Throughout her career, Susan has taken an active role in leadership development and mentoring and currently leads the Southern California region for Oracle's Women's Leadership.
